Internships are an fantastic way to introduce you to what it’s like working in the technology space. Each year we are proud to on-board interns across our practices, offering them the opportunity to work with new people, learn new technology, and “bring out the best” of what they have learnt at University.
Our interns work with one of our qualified practice leads as a mentor to help support their day-to-day experience They also gain the core skills, certifications and experience needed to shape their career.
All of our interns are offered real work experience and are engaged in business environments and projects to ensure that they get best out of the assignment. At Sharing Minds, over 50% of our interns have gone on to become full time employees with our company and are still with us many years later.
